Kiwiply

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AutomoraLab LLC, which operates Kiwiply ("Kiwiply", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Kiwiply website, accounts, and browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Beta service

Kiwiply is currently in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable or interrupted while we improve it. Keep your own copy of anything important — you can export or delete your data at any time. Beta does not change your payment terms: if you subscribe to Pro, the Billing and subscriptions section below applies in full.

Who can use Kiwiply

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding agreement to use Kiwiply. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kiwiply lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You will not:

  • use Kiwiply to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application;
  • attempt to bypass any safeguard — Kiwiply never auto-submits an application and never bypasses CAPTCHAs or other anti-bot measures, and you must not try to make it do either;
  • use the Service to scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any system, or to violate the terms of the job sites you visit;
  • resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product; or
  • upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that isn't yours to share.

You're responsible for reviewing everything Kiwiply fills in before you submit an application — what you submit is your decision and your responsibility.

Your content

Your profile, resumes, and application data are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you — to store your data, parse your resumes, and fill the applications you initiate. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Communications

We send service emails (such as account activation and password resets) that are necessary to operate your account. Marketing emails (product updates) are sent only if you opt in separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message. If you submit a bug report, you may choose to include diagnostic information to help us debug. We may also access your account to operate and support the Service — see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

AI features

Some Kiwiply features use AI. On every plan, a resume you add is read by AI into your profile (on by default; you can untick it when you add the resume). On Pro, AI also powers Kiwiply AI in the extension (drafting answers, choosing an option, matching form fields, completing a job you save), resume fit, job fit, resume tailoring, daily job matches and reading your connected inbox. What each one sends, and to whom, is in the Privacy Policy.

AI can be wrong. Review every draft, suggestion, score and status change before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you submit to an employer. Scores and match percentages are estimates, not a promise of any interview or outcome. Tailoring only rewords what your resume already says, but check that every line is still true before you use it.

Fair use. Pro includes an AI allowance for each billing period. If you reach it, AI features may slow down or pause until the next period, while everything else keeps working.

Connected inbox

If you connect a Gmail account (a Pro feature), you confirm that it is your own account, that you are allowed to give Kiwiply access to it, and that you created it for your job search. Kiwiply signs in with the app password you create and only reads: it never sends, moves, flags or deletes mail. Because a Gmail app password can't be limited to reading, we ask you to use a Gmail made just for job hunting and keep your personal mail out of it.

Kiwiply updates your board automatically from what that mail says. It can misread an email — check any change that matters to you against the email itself. You can disconnect at any time, from the Inbox settings page or by deleting the app password in your Google account; disconnecting deletes the mail we've read. What we keep, for how long, and who processes it is in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Kiwiply name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service beyond using it as intended.

Billing and subscriptions

Kiwiply is free to use. Autofill, the application tracker, resume upload with AI parsing, and up to three saved resumes cost nothing and are the same on both plans. Prois an optional paid subscription that adds Kiwiply's AI, resume matching and tailoring, inbox tracking, up to 25 saved resumes, and cross-device answer sync. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page.

Price and renewal. Pro is $19.99 per month or $49.99 every 3 months, in US dollars, charged at the start of each period. Your subscription renews automatically — monthly, or every three months, matching the plan you chose — and keeps renewing until you cancel. We do not offer a free trial, so the first charge happens when you subscribe, not later.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Settings › Billing — the same place you subscribed, with no email or phone call required. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Pro until then. After that your account returns to the free plan. Downgrading never deletes your data— your resumes, profile and application history stay in your account; you simply can't add a fourth live resume until you archive one or resubscribe.

Refunds: no refunds, cancel any time.We don't refund partial periods. Because cancelling keeps Pro running to the end of the period you paid for, you never lose time you have already bought. This does not affect rights you have by law — including any statutory right to withdraw or cancel where you live — and it does not limit our obligations under applicable consumer-protection law.

If a Pro feature is down. If a Pro feature you are paying for is unavailable for more than 7 days in a row because of a problem on our side, tell us at support@kiwiply.com and we will, at our choice, either extend your subscription by the time the feature was down or refund that part of what you paid. Short interruptions, maintenance, and problems caused by the outside services described under "Services we rely on" are not covered. This is our whole commitment for a feature being unavailable, alongside any rights you have by law.

Failed payments.If a charge fails, your card issuer and our payment processor will retry it for a short period. You keep Pro while that happens and we'll tell you, so you can update your card. If it still can't be collected by the end of the period you paid for, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.

Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. If we do, we will tell you beforethe change takes effect for you, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal — never to a period you have already paid for. If you don't want the new price, cancel before that renewal.

Payments and taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card details directly; we keep only a payment-processor customer reference and your subscription status. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Termination

You can stop using Kiwiply and delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first — deleting your account does not refund a period you have already paid for. We are also required to keep basic records of payments already made (amount, date, plan) for tax and accounting purposes, so those survive an account deletion; nothing else does. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Services we rely on

Parts of Kiwiply depend on services run by other companies, which we don't control. These include the browser extension stores (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons), which review and approve our extension and its updates; Google (Gmail, for a connected inbox, and the AI models we use); the job sites and application systems Kiwiply fills in, which can change their pages at any time; and our providers for payments (Stripe), storage and hosting (Amazon Web Services) and email (Brevo). When one of them has an outage, changes how it works, or delays an approval, some Kiwiply features may stop working or be limited until we can adapt. We work to restore them as quickly as we can, but we aren't responsible for those services or for delays they cause.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any job, interview, or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwiply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don't allow some of these limits; where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Kiwiply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
